Intermission

Anyone still here? Thanks for following along on my ill fated adventure in Iceland. In case you were wondering, I’m posting this from Norway because I am woefully behind. Internet access and power have been my main enemies, and since my main navigation device is my phone, I often cannot waste precious battery charge writing blog posts. This is not the end of course, but I wanted to take a moment to outline my plan for the blog so you can decide if you want to keep reading or not.

The Faroe Islands

I spent 6 days here plus some time on a few ferries and a day in Denmark. I did very little biking here and mostly tried to relax, so I will write a single post detailing everything that went on in short form Also a whole bunch of neat photos.

Norway

My plan for Norway is somewhat more relaxed than Iceland. My knee is still not 100% and Norway is much more challenging than Iceland in terms of cycling, so I intend to do a lot more lazing about and a lot less dedicated touring. I will still write posts, but rather than a day by day account I may only write about days where something significant happened or I’ve arrived somewhere really interesting.

Still here… the day by day mundane can be significantly interesting if you are brave enough.
